Overview
Returning an item that has been purchased in-store
Due to our closure at the end of June, all purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Returning via post: We advise that all packages be sent by a recorded delivery service. We are not responsible for any parcel that has been lost in transit. The cost of return postage will be at the customer’s expense unless the goods are faulty.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
