We thought we would do an artist highlight on Tony We thought we would do an artist highlight on Tony Palmer. We have stocked Tony's paintings for a couple of years. This month, several of Tony's paintings have found their forever homes! Tony is a self-taught artist from Southampton who discovered a love for art in my 40's. His latest semi-abstract landscapes celebrate a more recent discovery of watercolour & mixed-media. Colour is the driving force which sets the mood for each artwork. Once applied the paint is manipulated & manoeuvred, allowing gravity & colour-mixing to work its magic. The finished work invites the viewer into the landscape to discover what they will.
