Fused Glass Landscapes & Seascape Views

New longer 3hr Class and a chance to make a bigger picture. Learning simple techniques to score and cut the glass and design 2/3 pieces during your session. No experience necessary. Lots of 1-1 help

The Tuition – We will start the session making a stripy sun-catcher, learning to cut and score the glass & incorporating the different materials we will be using during the session. You will make 2/3 pieces during your session. Finishing the morning with a larger picture.

This class is the perfect opportunity to explore different media, think about composition, colour and texture and create a beautifully unique canvas.

The focus will be on using materials that would otherwise been thrown away, repurposing and finding new life in various collected items. We will explore additions of paint, stamps and drawn patterns for details and embellishment.

Stained Glass Workshop – Mushrooms & Leaves

This is a beginners class in which you will learn the basics of copper foil technique and go home with your own Mushroom & leaf-themed stained glass sun-catcher you created yourself! 
This practical and informative workshop is a perfect introduction to stained glass work for beginners or improvers. You will learn the traditional skills of glass cutting and shaping to a pattern, copper foiling and soldering in a relaxed environment with plenty of individual attention. 
You may bring your own design for a decoration or I will help you choose from existing templates or create your own based on your skill level and time allowing.

What’s included in the price?

Suitable for beginners, Silver Clay can be cut, shaped and textured with ease – a wonderful way to create your very own unique pendant, charm or drop earrings – depending on the size of your pieces there is usually enough for more than one!

Linocut Christmas Cards

Learn the basics of linocut to make your own Christmas cards. This is suitable for complete beginners. We have designed a longer class, so you have more time to carve & print. We will have several templates you can use on the day. If you wish to design your own Christmas card design, please bring a drawing with you the size lino we will carve on is 10cm x 7.5cm. 

We have some gorgeous, coloured papers to print onto and some metallic inks to make awesome Christmas cards to give out this year which will have that personal touch. You can print many more too with the lino you take home!

Come and explore the Oceans and create a Shiny Seahorse picture, Swimming Turtles, shoals of fish, or a rip curl wave, what will you choose?

We will look at the process of kiln-formed glass and some simple techniques to enable you to make your own unique fused glass pieces. 

Tuition – You will make a small sun catcher and a picture or sea-scape, using copper foil and cut glass shapes & beads. Linda has lots of examples to use or create your own designs.

Step into some Early Festive Creativity and get ahead of the game with this fun, relaxing, new longer 3hr session. 

Whether you are a beginner or have worked with glass before this session is for you. Come and join this small friendly class creating Festive Decorations & Tea Lights for your home or to give this Christmas

 You will make 4/5 decorations OR  Decorations and a Tea-Light in the session. Either your own designs or from the templates provided. This class is great for beginners and those who have worked with glass before.

Come and join this small friendly class Creating your very own Festive Decorations.

The Tuition – We will start the session making a simple decoration using copper leaf.  Then its your time to create your own decoration OR Tea Light design, useing the pre cut bases provided. Christmas Trees, Reindeer, or striped icicles, what will you choose. We will be using beads, glass paints and stampers to make the copper shapes.

Learn how to create abstract painting by using watercolour. The watercolour will create abstract marks and pattern which will then influence your illustration.  In each class you will learn different skills. All materials are provided, we also have aprons to! Please do wear something older as painting is messy! All our classes have a relaxed friendly atmosphere which will bring the most of your creative side out.

Fused Glass Christmas Decorations Workshop

New Dates are here for one of My most popular 3hr Workshops. Come and Add some sparkle to your Christmas with your own decorations. 

 This class is great for beginners and those who have worked with glass before.

Come and join this small friendly class Creating your very own Festive Decorations, lots of 1-1 help

The Tuition – We will start the session making a simple decoration using copper leaf.  Then its your time to create your own choice of decorations, using the pre cut bases provided. Christmas Trees, Reindeer, or striped icicles, what will you choose. We will be using beads, glass paints and stampers to make the copper shapes.

Linda has been working with glass for 24 years and loves teaching and sharing her love of Creativity.

TRADITIONAL WREATH MAKING WORKSHOP!

Hosted by Flowers With Rachel 

You will make a beautiful fresh foliage wreath on a fresh moss base with lots of seasonal wintery foliage to choose from. We will then decorate with seasonal natural decorations, baubles, and ribbons. Always loats of decorations to make your wreath individual!

It is a lovely fun seasonal activity in a relaxed friendly setting. We will break for seasonal refreshments which are included.
